Akira Seiki V5
The machining center Akira Seiki V5 ιs a key part of our equipment, offering extensive machining travels and the capability to process different types of components with high precision.
Axis travels:
X: 1.300 mm Y: 560 mm Z: 560 mm
The long X-axis travel allows for the machining of larger components, while the combination of the three axes provides flexibility across a wide range of machining applications.
4th Axis – Detron
Our equipment includes 4th axis from Detron Machine Co., Ltd.,providing additional capabilities for machining complex geometries and components that require rotary machining.
The use of a 4th axis enables multiple machining operations in a single setup, reducing the need for workpiece repositioning and contributing to the accuracy and stability of the production process.
Hexagon Measuring Probes
The machine is equipped with a Hexagon measuring probefor inspecting and verifying dimensions during the machining process.
The use of a measuring probe enables more accurate control of the workpiece position and dimensions, contributing to consistent quality and the achievement of the required tolerances.
EINSTAR ROCKIT 3D Scanner
We use the EINSTAR ROCKIT 3D Scanner by SHINING 3D for the digital scanning of components and the creation of accurate 3D data. It is an important tool for Reverse Engineering applications, component reproduction, and custom design and manufacturing, enabling the transition from a physical object to a digital model.
